THE SAUCY STORY

I love all hot sauces, full stop.

My love for heat began with a hot pepper from a family garden in Tamworth, was fueled by the vibrant Jamaican and Indian flavors of Scarborough, and matured in the citrusy spice of Mexican food when I lived in Southern California.

That desire to want heat but have flavour always stuck with me. There’s hot for the sake of hot, but then there’s heat that comes with flavour and texture that I really love. This sauce is the fruit of that belief—bringing the fire, for sure, but also layers of flavour that linger, evolve, and make you want to drizzle it on anything within reach.
